4th Belgrade International Conference on Education (BICE2015)

The 4th Belgrade International Conference on Education (BICE2015) was held from 23rd to 25th October 2015 in Belgrade, Serbia. The conference gathered participants from various countries, including educators, researchers, and professionals engaged in different areas of education.

This edition continued the mission of bringing together educators, researchers, policymakers and practitioners from around the world to explore new approaches and innovations in education. Over three days of presentations, workshops and networking, participants engaged with topics such as reforming teaching and learning, advancing educational policy, and promoting international collaboration. In addition, BICE2015 hosted a workshop on creating the Monument Quilt, providing participants with a hands-on, collaborative learning experience.

BICE2015 concluded successfully, encouraging continued international exchange and collaboration while reaffirming the conference’s mission to support dialogue and progress in the field of education.

Archival Note

BICE2015 represents the last edition of the Belgrade International Conference on Education before the series took a pause in Belgrade. While the conference was not hosted locally between 2016 and 2025, Tomorrow People Organization continued to expand its global portfolio and hosted numerous international conferences across Asia, including its longest-running event, the Education and Development Conference (EDC), held annually in Bangkok since 2006.

This page serves as the official historical archive of the 2015 Belgrade edition and preserves its contribution to the broader educational conference series organized worldwide by Tomorrow People Organization.
