Call for Papers — Belgrade International Conference on Education (BICE2026)


Submit Your Research to BICE2026

BICE2026 invites educators, researchers, graduate students, practitioners, and policymakers to submit research that advances the understanding of teaching, learning, and educational practice. As an international academic conference on education, BICE2026 provides a platform for sharing empirical studies, applied research, and innovative approaches that contribute to improving educational outcomes.

Submissions are reviewed through a double-blind peer-review process, and applicants will be notified of the acceptance decision within seven business days.

Submission Guidelines

To submit your abstract for consideration, please ensure the following:

  • 150–300 words
  • Clearly state the research purpose, method, and key findings
  • Indicate whether your submission is:

    • Poster presentation

Presentation Formats

BICE2026 offers a range of presentation formats to accommodate both in-person and remote participants. All formats are fully integrated into the official conference program.

Oral PresentationDeliver your research in person during a scheduled session. Oral presentations allow for direct interaction with the audience and offer opportunities for constructive discussion and feedback.
Poster PresentationPresent your research visually through a poster displayed in the conference hall or on the virtual conference platform for remote presenters. Poster sessions provide an informal setting for one-on-one dialogue, questions, and exchange of ideas.
Video PresentationSubmit a pre-recorded video of your presentation. Videos will be accessible to all participants through the virtual conference platform, allowing for asynchronous viewing and discussion.

PUBLICATION
Papers presented at the conference will be published in the official ISBN conference proceedings publication, if submitted by deadline and in the requested format.

Tomorrow People Organization is a member of CrossRef. Published paper will be assigned individual DOI and will be indexed in CrossRef citation database as well Google Scholar and BICE digital library. 

In order to have your paper published in the official conference proceedings, your submission should have been previously approved and registration arrangements completed.

Paper publication is not mandatory. Authors who have completed registration arrangements and wish their paper to be published in the official conference proceedings publication must submit the final manuscript by September 10th 2026. Otherwise, only the abstract will be published if it meets formatting requirements and is approved by the BICE2026 Reviewing board.
 
Author guidelines:
  • A4 size paper
  • Single line space
  • Margins: 2 cm on the left and 2 cm on the right
  • Format: Align left
  • No footers and headers allowed and no numbered pages
  • Abbreviations - The first time you use an abbreviation in the text, present both the full version and the short form
  • Fonts:
                Title: Times New Roman 14 bold
                Subtitles: Times New Roman 12 bold
                Text: Times New Roman 12
  • Front section (first page):
  1. Title of submission
  2. Name/s of author/s
  3. Affiliation/s of the author/s
  4. E-mail address of corresponding author
  5. Abstract of maximum 250 words (or one page)
  6. Key words 3-10 (under abstract)
  • Main section (manuscript):
  1. Introduction
  2. Results (where applicable)
  3. Discussion
  4. Methodology (where applicable)
  5. Conclusion 
  • End section:
  1. Acknowledgments (where applicable)
  2. Funding (authors of academic research papers must clearly disclose sources of funding for conducting their  research; any grant received should be clearly indicated. If you have not received any external funding from your research, please state: "This research received no external funding)
  3. Conflict of interest (authors must state any circumstances that may be perceived as a conflict of interest in terms of representing or interpreting the research results. If there is no conflict of interest, please state: "Authors declare no conflict on interest")
  4. References (APA style)

Deadline for proceedings submissions (for registered authors): September 10th, 2026.
Submissions received after this date or/and in a format different than specified will NOT be published. We strongly recommend early submissions to allow enough time for a review and feedback from the reviewing board.
