Applications are being accepted and reviewed on a rolling admission basis, as long as space is available and admission decisions are made within 7 work days. Admitted applicants are notified by email and are asked to confirm their position and complete registration.
Participants and presenters are carefully selected based on their merit as well as professional and personal background in order to ensure diversity of thoughts, cultures and perspectives represented in the conference.

Registration fee includes:
- Conference brochure in a digital format
- Conference kit: conference bag, hard copy of the conference program, notebook, pen, conference name tag and gift (for in-person attendees)
- Invoice of the registration fee
- Admission to all virtual conference sessions
- Admission to all in-person sessions (for in-person attendees)
- Snacks, coffee and lunch breaks throughout the conference (for in-person attendees)
- Networking event (for in-person attendees)
- Review of the paper and its publication in the official conference proceedings (for authors)
- Presentation of accepted paper in a virtual format either as a video or digital poster presentation (for authors)
- Copy of the conference proceedings
- Certificate of attendance (and certificate of presented paper for presenters)
- Hard copy of the certificate (for in-person attendees)

Should the conditions not allow for the conference to be held in-person, those who registered for in-person attendance will be offered three options:

- Option 1: Change from in-person to virtual attendance/ presentation of a paper. In this case, the difference between in-person and virtual admission fees will be refunded.
- Option 2: Transfer your fee to another upcoming Tomorrow People Organization's conference that is of their interest.
- Option 3: Request the full refund, as per our regular cancellation policy, before September 1st 2022.
Cancelation Policy
If cancellation is made before 1st of July 2022 a full payment, minus 50 EUR cancellation fee and bank transfer charges will be refunded.
